Range R
Application:
This innovative series of 22 mm operator controls provides the user with additional functions, a high degree of reliability and optimized use of space, exceeding today’s technical standards. Especially the new system of contact elements and indicator lights RF/RL is contributing to this. Well-proven characteristics from earlier ELAN constructions were improved and adopted (including metal front parts, hemispherical heads made of glass, or handholds of selector switches and selector pushbuttons made of impact-resistant plastic). Main areas of application are steel works, the glass processing industry and gloved operations. In cases when standard operator controls made of plastic fail because of heat, chemical exposure, detergents, coolants or high degrees of mechanical load, the operator controls of production series R remain reliable. more
Series N
Application:
This kind of operator controls and indicator lights of the production series N are particularly well-suited for application in food producing machinery, in order to meet the special cleaning requirements of this sector and to prevent the hygiene risk of cross contamination. These instruments conform to EN 1672-2 (1) and ISP 13849 (2).
Furthermore, this production series is especially designed for sectors that demand the device head to be absolutely seal tight (IP 69K), for example in outdoor areas, on ships, in traffic engineering, etc. or where there is an extreme exposure to dust and dirt. more
Range E
Application:
The operator controls and indicator lights of production series E were designed to provide users with additional functions that exceed today’s technical standards with their high degree of reliability and optimized use of space. Frontally, the material of the button casing is anodized aluminum. The hemispherical heads of the indicator lights and push-button units are made of glass. Apart from a high mechanical resilience, these selected materials achieve a higher than average degree of resistance against chemical influences (detergents, lubricants, coolants, brake fluids or similarly aggressive media).
The instruments are well suited for the application in steel works, the wood processing industry or other rough environmental conditions. more
Range A – AVANTGARDE
Application:
The AVANTGARDE programme includes all commercial product classes and styles of a modern operator control and indicator light production series. This includes illuminated selecting control pushbuttons and selector switches in several different colours. The products conform to all relevant standards. more
Ranges Z, VZ
Application:
The concept of the two series (Z and VZ) meets the trend in mechanical and control engineering towards operator controls that are more compact and similar to keyboards, but nonetheless industry-oriented. Despite their minimised design, the devices offer a favourable operability, with the actuation areas of pushbuttons and the illuminated areas of indicator lights being 19x19 mm in size. The primary application of the VZ series is in printing machines and in industrial sectors (like in mechanical engineering) where the demand for a great number of the same indicator panels justifies the production of a customised circuit board. more
Series MKT, MKS, WKT, WKS
Application:
These units distinguish themselves through an optimum of robustness, scale and functionality for use in machines and commercial vehicles. Typical areas of application are machines of the food-processing industry and of process engineering, but they are also used in lift gates of commercial vehicles, hydraulic platforms, airfield apron vehicles and vehicle haulers. In contrast to smaller devices the type series K is suitable especially for rough industrial uses, including the usage outdoors.
In comparison to multifunctional devices, as they are used for example in crane steering and industrial trucks, they are built considerably smaller at a limited functionality. more
Range ESS21/I
Application:
RFID-supported key-operated selector switches, when used in connection with a suitable sequencing circuit, are particularly suited for implementation as an operation mode selector switch when special authorisation-based operating modes are to be performed by machines, mechanical plants, and integrated production systems.
This means that specific operation modes can be initiated only in connection with both the RFID code in the transponders of the appliance keys, and an appropriate setting of the device. These keys are in the hands of authorised operators. more

Application:
