Award for our solenoid interlock AZM150

A small celebration at the SPS trade fair last week in Nuremberg: Stephan Frick and Marco Kiederle, product manager at Schmersal, accepted the second prize in the GIT Award 2023 for Schmersal’s AZM150 solenoid interlock, which is presented by the Wiley publishing house and the GIT Sicherheit & Management magazine. 

Our solenoid interlock AZM150 was selected by a neutral jury with representatives from German industry associations such as the TÜV and users - and then took part in a readers' choice as a finalist. 

The solenoid interlock AZM150 is an electromechanical version that can optionally be supplied with a high coding level. The advantage for the user: In accordance with ISO 14119, a higher coding requires fewer measures to prevent the bypassing of locking mechanisms. Schmersal is the only manufacturer which can offer electromechanical safety switches and solenoid interlocks with high coding levels.
