Schmersal Brazil is one of the Great Places to Work

For many years, Schmersal Brazil has regularly been one of the winners of the international Great Place to work competition. This year, ACE Schmersal has again made it into the Top 150.

On October 17th 2022 the Great Place to Work Research and Consulting Institute announced the ranking of the 150 best companies to work for in Brazil: This year, Schmersal was awarded as third best employer in the region of Sao Paulo and reached the 14th place in the nationwide category "medium-sized multinationals”.

The competition is based on an anonymous employee survey investigating the key elements of workplace culture, including management, team spirit, trust and identification.

ACE Schmersal’s goal is to improve continuously the working environment and provide all employees with a happy and pleasant workplace. It seems that this aim has been achieved.
