Best Employer: Award for Schmersal Brazil

For the fifth time in a row, Schmersal Brazil has won a “Great Place to Work in Brazil” award in an international competition organised by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) research and consultancy institute. This year, Schmersal Brazil came 10th. The competition is based on an anonymous employee survey investigating the key elements of workplace culture, including management, team spirit, trust and identification. This year, 1277 companies took part in the GPTW survey. Schmersal Brazil achieved its outstanding place in this ranking largely through a series of campaigns which have been planned and implemented in conjunction with the employees in recent years.
“We achieved this result because we have happy employees. Our company has pursued a consistently employee-focused strategy over the last few years. We are convinced that the personal and professional satisfaction of the employees is critical to the success of the company, not the other way around,” explains Rogério Baldauf, Managing Director of Schmersal Brazil.
