Lecture by Michael Mandel at the re:work Conference

Schmersal Managing Director Michael Mandel will speak about “Integration of Change Management into Requirement Engineering Process” at the re:work Conference to be held in Berlin, Germany. About 150 managers from sectors like automation, automotive, apparatus engineering and medical technology will participate in this conference on requirements engineering that is being organised by the company ‘we:Conect’.
An effective requirements engineering plays an important role in product development – especially when complex products or systems are designed and developed with many different teams.

Michael Mandel will primarily focus on following aspects:

• Requirement structures that are suitable for subsequent modifications
• Structure of efficient change processes
• Time- and cost-efficient integration of modifications into the RE
