Two awards: Schmersal belongs to the best employers

This year, Schmersal was positively highlighted as a good employer in two German rankings:

Once again, Schmersal received the “Wuppertal's Most Attractive Employer” award from Statista, a statistics portal, and a business magazine. The seal recognizes companies that are particularly committed as local employers in Wuppertal, offer good working conditions and also bring the city and region forward.
The “Most Attractive Employers in the City 2021” list is based on a large-scale survey in which around 14,500 employees across Germany were interviewed in April and May of this year. 

In addition, Schmersal received an award as the “Most Family-friendly Employer” from the magazine “Freundin” and from kununu, an internet portal for employer reviews. The ranking was created on the basis of a study that included more than 2 million reviews of 175,000 companies in Germany and Austria. In addition to the working atmosphere, work-life balance, and gender equality, current and former employees primarily rated family-friendly offers such as flexible working hours, the possibility of working from home, childcare and company pension schemes.
